Location was great, stuff were very friendly and rooms were comfortable with amazing view.

Great location - near Villach and Klagenfurt, by the lake, beautiful building, free parking on site, good breakfast with many options, nice staff, option of late arrival (the key was put in a safe box with the instructions to find a room).

The property is well located by the lake and close to the motorway; as we were travelling up north, it was a real find. The staff is very pleasant also.

The food was excelent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the room next to the lake was amazing. There are many activities around the place.

If you are active, so will have a lot of stuff to do. There is a beach near the lake. Food was delicious.

We were upgraded to a room with balcony and as we were told, the breakfast was great.

Nice hotel, big room, comfortable bed. Nice wellness place. Good location, near the ski slope, near the highway. Great breakfast: eggs, ham, salmon, prosciutto, croissants, various cheeses, coffee, mimosas…we really enjoyed our stay.

Where can i start? Breakfast? I am a field service engineer i visit different hotels around Europe, and this is the first one on my top list related to breakfast. Grill vegetables, different types of pies, salty, and sweet.a lot of cooked things, not just non-cooked fast food. Best breakfast i would say. The staff in the recepsion was amazing. They helped me a lot with some post i was waiting from my company, yound blonde ladies and the old curly ladie. Amaizing. Very comfortable beds with real mattresses, not just "soffa" with a small mattress layer ( cheating hotels use this ). They waited for me after 24:00 arrival with clear instructions.

Very well maintained hotel, clean, quiet. Stayed here during Worthersee Gravel Race, so hotel seemed to have its first weekend due to the race. However, that was great as I was allowed to use the room until after the race. Very friendly receptionist Edi helped tons, I really appreciated his help and understanding of letting me leave bike in the room also. Breakfast was simple but good, but again being beginning of season is understandable.

Very nice rooms, responsive and kind staff, and an excellent breakfast. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Everything was nice, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful view from the terrace, 5 minutes to the center. A nice home hotel.

The location. The lower building overlooking the pool has view of the lake. Unobtrusive traffic noise from the road below. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Dinner on half board was inclusive of drinks, including wine and beer. Buffet courses to start with a choice of main course served to the table. Room was large and beds comfortable. Access to the lake about 15mins walk down to the boat station. Bit of a hill coming back.

Everything was perfect from the very start. We were greeted with complimentary drinks and a very personal approach to "onboarding" to the hotel (paperwork, hotel facilities, our room, etc.). The food is excellent!

Beautiful and very special spot for a mix of active and recharging vacation treat. We will be back!

Great location next to the lake, very friendly staff. The hotel has everything you need to relax. The wellness is very nice, especially the lake and mountain view sauna. I will definitely come back.
