The staff were very friendly and the room was really nice. The low reviews I read prior to arriving did worry me. But when I checked in and entered the room it was very nice and clean with a spacious bathroom. The room was a good 40 second walk to the pub for a nice cold drink. Had no safety issues with my stay here at the Broken Hill Hotel.

We are doing a road trip from Perth to Melbourne and decided to stay for the night in Kalgoorlie. Super happy that we've decided to stay at Piccadilly Hotel for the night. Competitive pricing, clean rooms but most importantly extremely helpful staff. I'd like to extend my personal gratitude to Sarra who went above and beyond to ensure that someone would help us check in if we were arriving late, explained everything in detail and was reachable over the phone at any point in time. 10/10, would definitely recommend

I had a great experience overall. The location is very convenient and made getting around easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which really added to the stay. Perfect location. Close to Coles and walking distance to Woolworths, tourist bureau and Hannan Street. Able to walk to the races. The apartment was clean, modern and quiet. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative.
