Comfortable, clean, and spacious room; incredibly helpful and friendly staff; dog friendly (they even put a dog bed and bowls in my room for my dog without me asking); fantastic breakfast; there is a lovely cafe that is part of the hotel; speedy wifi; overall really excellent value.
