Wasn't expecting the breakfast buffet to be open, but it was. Everything was individually wrapped, and seating was spaced for social distancing. Very pleasant surprise, since all the other hotels including breakfast do the "to-go" sack.

She was new and had only beem working for maybe a little over a week. But you would never know. She was an absolute dream. She was.very welcoming very friendly even helped us upgrade our room to be beside family who was staying at same hotel. We will definetly stay at this hotel again and wouls recommend it to anyone staying in or passing thru okotoks.CherylCanada

From the excellent check in to the special touches in our renovated room it was lovely: chocolates, bottled waters and a bouquet of flowers set on the bed and the fancy folding of the washcloths to hold toiletries, a special extra not unnoticed! Restaurant experience was equally pleasing! Thank you very much!
