The location was excellent. The room was huge and the bed extremely comfortable. Staff were great and Jose was very professional and very good at his job. Breakfast and the pool was fantastic and the restaurant had great variety of tasty meals.

The hotel is very nice and location is perfect to visit the city . We had a deluxe room with 2 double huge and very comfortable beds. The room is well decorated and furnished and has a beautiful view on the city. We profit of the spa on the balcony. You can make yourself a coffee or a tea during all the day. All the staff is very kind et professional. The cleaning ladies do a great job as the room was perfect every day. It was one of our best stay in Colombia.

We stayed at Voilá Signature Hotel and were truly impressed! The location is super central, with a beautiful view of San Felipe Castle and just a 14-minute walk from the Cathedral. We loved everything! The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. It has a small pool , a rooftop with a jacuzzi, and an open room for reading or relaxing. The breakfast is delicious, and they accommodate dietary restrictions. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Alberto, Maria Isabel, and Omar were very nice and professional.
