Everything was peaceful and beautiful. Grounds are amazing. The staff was very attentive and food was good. The pool could have been cleaner but I enjoyed it. But the best, for me, was the boat ride with Alfred. I will visit again.

Nice little city, with spa’s. Had a terrible experience at a restaurant close to the hotel. A broaster chicken place surtidora de aves 77. Served dry overcooked chicken. And didn’t even try to make things better. Everything else around was really good.

Paipa is a small and safe town surrounded by gorgeous mountains. There are lots of activities (hot springs, swimming pools, spas, massages, etc.) The bad thing is we went in low season (last week of January) and most things were closed or only operate on weekends.

We went there for a couple of days, at the beginning we had a situation, but the staff at the hotel were able to fix it. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was included and the selection was amazing. Try to stay at the cabanas, there is more privacy there.
