What a wonderful apartment this is which is in a quiet neighbourhood , Denis and his wife Lorefe, are just so very friendly and helpful. They keep it spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, very good shower with hot water . There is a small kitchen but everything you need to cook your room meals and there are is a dining area too . The apartment is a ten/fifteen minute walk to the various beach’s and coves, WiFi excellent too A well recommended place to stay and if you use maps.me which works off line it takes you right outside the property.

Close to the facilities of Ayia Nappa and Protaras, but much more peaceful. It has 3 beaches and lots of great restaurants. Enough for a couple with a baby to see and do without needing to go elsewhere, but if you want to, It’s a 10 min drive to Nappa and Protaras.

Nice cosy 1 bedroom apartment. Spacious enough, with nice kitchenette, with stove, oven, microwave and spacious fridge. Very clean apartment. Had 2 sofas which turned into beds in the living room, and 2 connected single beds in the bedroom. It is located in a residential area, and definitely need a car to go to the beach, which if you have a car everything is quite near. The complex has no swimming pool onsite, but who needs a swimming pool as the brilliant beaches are just around the corner!

I recommend Paralimni.
I recommend Paralimni. It’s a very nice area. There are very nice sandy beaches and lovely restaurants serving local food. The only thing I do not recommend in Paralimni is BLUE ELECTRA COMPLEX. They destroy our holidays, as there was no water in the apartment. We couldn’t use the bathroom and the toilet.

Easy to get around with taxi and regular service buses covering many routes. Road and pavement improvement works were unsightly and dusty but rate of completion is quick and should be finished in a short time. People very friendly and helpful with range of food and quality to match all tastes. Fast service doesn't really exist in most local restaurants but the wait is worth it.

Our party specifically went to Paralimni for the annual "Cyprus Rocks" music festival (tribute rock bands). Would recommend this festival to everyone. Paralimni is very similar to other areas of Cyprus with litter, grafitti and poor pavements letting the general area down. Not a problem if, as I was, you are aware. (Plenty of rubbish bins and recycle bins around, but you can't force people to use them!).

Everything was eprfect, the guest was amazing, Irina responded to all our requests, helped us when we needed something and gave us tips as well. Very friendly late, very nice villa, calm (there were some constructions next to the villa but not noisy and also at the end of the constructions) . Nice parks in the area, kids playground, football pitch & tennis court, close to restaurants and supermarkets ! Clean villa with nice and relaxing time. We will definitely go back !
