This classy and elegant hotel sits among the trees atop a mountainous rocky peak. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room with balcony was a true treat and as soon as we opened the doors we were immediately greeted by the songs of birds coming from the treetops. The views are incredible and there are many hiking trails that begin right from the hotel’s doors. Also recommended for people looking to relax and reconnect with mother nature, this is the place you want to be! The 4 course menu was delicious, the italian risotto being one of the most savory we ever had. Good wine selection, we tasted 3 different types and loved all of them. The service was impeccable and it remains one of the highlights of our trip to Czech Republic.

Pozice hotelu je ideální na výlety a na místní atrakce. Všichni zaměstnanci jsou velmi ochotní a se vším nám pomohli. Čistý, I když trochu zašlý hotel.

My landlady, the owner of the property helped me beyond her duties. I left my rucksack in the bus. I had my medications inside, passport etc. A quite disastrous situation. She phoned the bus company several times, spoke to the driver and arranged that specific bus driver - who was going back to Prague - to pass to our pension and informed me of him coming - with my rucksack still that evening!

The location is just excellent. It was easy to explore cesky Raj by foot direct from the hotel, and the trails was well marked.

Lovely food, lovely scenery and a very effective staff.
