The hotel is renovated, the staff is very friendly and the location is right in the city center.

We got a room without working airconditioning. When told the reception did not expect much. In the end we got a new upgraded room. Did not expect that at all

The hotel is located in the center of Liberec, on the top floor of an office building, which is no problem. We did not meet any staff, because everything was completely automatic. We spent one night here and were satisfied with everything, parking was also easy in the hotel's garage. The room was nice and clean.

The girl at check-in desk was fabulous and very bubbly and friendly a truly amazing and welcoming host. Partially because of her friendly welcome we chose to come back for another night. I am sorry I don’t remember the name:) Property is cozy, lots of space, good bed. And food in restaurant amazing.

Amazing hotel Although the rooms are not new, the flow in the shower was excellent. The room was clean and had soaps, a fridge, a TV. We took a room with an entertainment package and it was excellent. Lots of facilities for children, pools and spa. good breakfast. There are other restaurants in the hotel that we ordered food from. Good pizzeria. And another restaurant that was also good. There is also a lot to do in the area.

It was a great experience. The staff was really cooperative and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location, located close to the motorway exit, 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Big parking place in front of the house. Room was very nice, we also liked the coffee and magazine corner at the corridor. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff.

I really enjoyed staying in the Hotel Vysina! It is a very cozy and friendly place with two cats wondering around everywhere :) The tower itself and the views of the neighberhood vere beautiful. There is a path right next to the hotel to the woods and to the city to walk. The room itself was very clean and had everything I need. I must admit it was very little but well equipped. Thank you for the friendly stuff and a great food in the restaurant.
