When I arrived I was a little disappointed at first as the cleaner were cleaning a lower standard apartment after I spoke to Milan and Eva who by the way are loverly I explained that I wanted a ground floor as per the pictures this was soon corrected within minutes the room was clean and tidy had 3 beds inside suitable for a big family the facilities are as following walk in shower fab and baking hot water hairdryer and microwave and induction hob which did work but did not.use there is a local shop with everything you need and also a tesco express a further 5 mins a Chinese and kebab shop and a loverly garden centre which does a loverly English brekkie

Great location, ample space available for parking, a metro station few yards away and the property in general is so comfy. A special shout out to Ricky at the reception and Nikita at the Restaurant for looking after us well. An out and out value for money, last by no means least, Breakfast is simply superb. The staff was amazing! Always very thoughtful and helpful. Very considering. That was the best part. Also the rooms are nice and clean! Some shops and supermarkets are near and a free shuttle bus brings you in no time to the city centre. My car broke down when arriving at the hotel and everyone was so quick to help and facilitate in everything that was needed! We are very thankful.

The hotel was brand new, the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful!! And they accommodated my requests, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Most importantly the hotel and the room was super clean, it met all my expectations.
