The staff were all lovely and attentive. The hotel location was central, walking distance to most, if not all, tourist site seeing. Modern interior design that was clean and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable! Free welcome drinks were offered. Highly recommend!

Brilliant modern design inside an interesting building. Standard room is very large, very clean and well presented. Outstanding value for money. Excellent location for the O2 expo centre, just across the road. Tram stop just nearby takes you straight into town. Breakfast is good buffet with lots of choice and great availability. Useful grab-and-go kiosk in the lobby. Good bar.
