Perfect stay with an amazing location! ​"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The first thing that stood out was how spotlessly clean everything was—the room and common areas were maintained to a very high standard. ​The location is unbeatable; it’s right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to walk to all the main attractions and public transport. ​What truly made the stay special, however, was the friendly and welcoming staff. They were always smiling and went out of their way to help with any questions I had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. I will definitely be back!"

A very cozy and stylish hotel. Excellent service that takes great care of the guests. Special thanks for the wonderful surprises!! Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast and the breakfast room staff can only be praised. The bar is charming. The location is in a quiet area, and it is easy to stroll around Prague's old town on foot from the hotel.

The hospitality was excellent! On the last day of our stay it was my birthday. The doorbell rang and two ladies who served us breakfast came in holding a plate of sweets with a birthday candle in their hands. They sang happy birthday to me. It was very touching! Very good location, we wanted a street view and our wish was taken into account. A room on the street side can be really noisy in the summer and people smoke under the window (the rooms are on the second and probably third floors). But in the cooler season our room was perfect. The staff was very friendly and professional. They recommended the local restaurant Lokal next door to us. It was local, the food was delicious and cheap. (tip: there is a small stand in the corridor of Lokal where you have to write your name down and then you will be called when a table becomes available). You should definitely book a table for the evening. There is a wine bar under the hotel (one evening we bought a bottle of wine there and the glasses were also kindly allowed into the room). I definitely recommend this hotel and we will choose it ourselves on our next stay. And we also had a beautiful bathroom with a window.

Although, the lobby and other groundfloor areas may not look as lavish as other 5* competitors, the rooms and facilities are exceptionally thought through and of high build quality. The staff are exceptional also. I had the pleasure of dealing with Petra, Iryna, Airu, Taulant and Ivan. The rooms are carefully thought through, beautifully furnished, pleasant wood and cream colours.
