Great stay, good breakfast, clean and neat rooms, dinner was really tasty (loved it). Kind staff! Also had electric car charging station on site (paid). Winterberg ski resort is 20 mins away.

We were surprised by the quality of the hotel. Not only for a room in perfect condition, but for general cleanliness, an excellent quality restaurant and very attentive service staff.

Well maintained apartments. Nice restaurants and convenient shops. Lovely and clean pool area with slides. Excellent entertainment for the kids and even for the parents! Beautiful common areas with tropical vibe!

Not the 1st time in this place. Everything is excellent - the concept, water park, playgrounds and food. The personnel is very friendly , despite the number of people in the village :) Will return for sure

Clean, well organized, good feeling

Clean, well maintained, good mattress and sheets, fast internet, location, free parking and top quality front desk and staff. Restaurant is good too. Had an injury in nearby ski resort. Staff very caring.

The environment and the helpful service

The location of the hotel was great. A very cute suberb of Winterberg, a very cute town with typical german houses, surrounded by mountains and snow. Very close conveniently to Snow world Zusschen where we used the sleigh everyday with our kids. It was a lovely place, totally recommended by us. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helping us in all of our needs. The breakfast was fantastic as well as the dinners too. You could feel they were nice home made meals, we really appreciated their cuisine. We totally loved our long weekend in this hotel.

The space available was excellent with a sitting room and a balcony. The Breakfast was very good value.

Big confortable room and beds. Warm with good radiators. Very good water preassure in the shower. Contactless checkin and checkout with an App. I found this way of checking in and out va the App very inovative. Arriving later then opening hours of the reception was also seamless. Keys to the room were left in a safety deposit box accesible with a code sent via email. Good experience.
