What an insanely beautiful place. Probably the best hotel i have ever stayed at.

It was quite a pleasant experience. It was very close to the airport, and I could reach the train station in 15 minutes on foot. And after checking out, they allowed me to leave my luggage there until the evening. Thank you!

Hotel was good, staff was friendly and everyone spoke fluent English which made it really easy for us to communicate in all aspects. Comfortable beds and really big pillows. Also the coffee machine in the room was a really good add-on.

Really loved this hotel, it was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was right across from restaurants, and within waking distance to the cathedral. The staff was really nice and helpful and we were allowed to leave our luggage for a week while we travelled. We really appreciated this! Would recommend staging here.

Here Wessel and Frau Wessel were very welcoming, and couldn't do enough for you. Very near to tram stop for a 20-minute journey in to the city centre.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to public transportation, airport and the Rhine River, which made getting around easy. The hotel was clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff were helpful and attentive, making the overall experience even better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cologne.

The staff member, especially the middle-aged woman between 30-45 years old who wears glasses, is not welcoming. She speaks to people in a disrespectful manner, full of arrogance and pride. She deceived me during a booking — the room was supposed to cost €64, but she charged me €80. After a long argument, she refunded me. Here is the proof.”
