- I forgot to add breakfast, but it was easy to select some rolls and we got coffee and tea anyway. - This is "tankbar", it's part of a tankstation, but no smells or noise and it gets nice & quiet after 9 pm - Ideal stopover, restaurants nearby (try the greek!)

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The gentleman was very welcoming! Very accommodating about storing our bikes in the garage or in our rooms. All the staff I encountered during our stay were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The location is superb. Easily accessible by metro. Walking distance to shops. The air conditioner worked great!

I had a very pleasant stay at hotel Cristal in Nuremberg. The location was great, set near a beautiful park and very well connected by local public transportation, which made getting around the city easy and convenient. I booked a single room, which was not very spacious, but it was very well organized and thoughtfully designed, making it both comfortable and practical. Overall, the room met my needs perfectly, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

The check-in and check-out process was super easy and streamlined using the monitor at the main entrance. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and everything felt new and clean. There was also a booklet with information regarding the property and things to see in the area, which was super nice.

We knew this town from previous trips: interesting medieval...

We knew this town from previous trips: interesting medieval architecture, with four castles—or rather palaces—and two churches—Catholic and Protestant. Well-maintained, with large swimming pools, and access to shops, bars, restaurants, and hotels. Nearby are the famous cherry orchards in Kalchreuth and the Reichstag forest. A charming German town with rail access, it's easy to get to Nuremberg.

The train station is a bit out of town, and there are very...

The train station is a bit out of town, and there are very few bus connections to the center. There are several restaurants of various kinds. I ate at the Italian restaurant once and the Thai restaurant once, both very good, as well as at the ice cream parlor.

Very friendly welcome.

Very friendly welcome. Beautiful new bathroom and a very clean room with a comfortable bed. Everything was great here – we will definitely use this service again! The location right at the entrance to the town is ideal for visiting events, passing through, etc.

We were passing through and only needed a place to stay. The small hotel only had 3 rooms. Everything was neat and tidy and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful. We had a positive experience.

Never book this hotel! Save your nerves and your money! This is a fraudulent offer! Never use this «hotel»! We booked a room at this place and when we came, our room was occupied by another guest who had the same reservation as we did. No reception, no support, impossible to contact anyone. Finally, we had to go to another hotel and we are still trying to claim back the payment which they charged in advance.

The location is really great. We went to Heroldsberg before so knew about the swimming pool in the near vicinity which is great. We had to look for a bit for the parking spot, but it was nice there was a reserved spot anyway so no complaints there. The appartment is really spacious and luxury. Will come again.

The hotel was nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the way they trick you. On Booking It says breakfast included, it turned out it wasn't. We received a message asking to confirm the breakfast and pay 12 euros for adults and 5 for children. We refused.
