The room and location of hotel were wonderful

Friendly staff, flexible check in and staff goes beyond for customer service

The bed is super comfy (harder mattress, just as my back likes it), the room is spacious. The sound insulation is pretty solid, although the room was on the 1st floor and overlooking a busy road, there was hardly any noise. The bathroom is also very clean.

Staff very friendly. The place is very clean and cozy. The neighborhood is lovely and it is not bad. We walked from to the city center.

Room was great! kids loved the free daily filling of mini bar in the room. Very much satisfied with the amount paid. Breakfast was amazing.. not a very big spread but good enough for a lovely morning at Hamburg! Location is perfect. Right above the metro station.. Need to walk 5 steps and you are the metro station which was amazing. They also had the facility to park our car for an additional amount. The amount could have been a little less which we found too much for 3 days. Overall experience : Very satisfied.

The hotel and rooms have been newly refurbished. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable for 3 people. However, it would be even better if the room had three chairs instead of just one.

Beautiful room/hotel located very close to metro with easy access to all important sightseeing sites in Hamburg.

Quick and easy and comfortable check in process. Room was spacious enough for me.

The room and bathroom was cozy and clean.

This is the best spa ever !!! Really special.

Exceptional staff, nice rooms and lobby. Great breakfast.

Perfect location, excellent facility and wonderful staff

Excellent late breakfast until 1130am. Good selection of food available

Location is excellent! Great finishing and design and superb quality of linen, bathrobes and towels 👌🏻

Hotel was fantastic. Room, staff, cleanliness. Location is also fine, close to city center. Only issue is area. There is a lot of strange people around. It looks not safe to get hotel at night time.

It was a good stay for the money. The room was a normal size and was clean. The location is also very good, as it is very close to the central station. The only issue was that the woman at the reception was a little rude, and we could barely understand the answers to the questions we asked. Also, there was no information about the city tax mentioned anywhere, so please note that there is an additional charge of €6.

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the room a dream

wonderful building in a perfect location

Nearby were shops, as well as lake and plenty fo places where you couls eat tasty food. House was clean, quiet. Green

Very safe and quiet location. The old town and city centre was an easy 10 minute walk away. Plenty of excellent restaurants could be found within a 5-7 minute walk. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful.

Exceptional quality property close to restaurants and grocery stores as well as public transportation

Room was good and staff was friendly and helpful.

The design of the hotel and the rooms is fabulous. Lots of wood making it very cozy. I just loved it!
