Everything...it has a big garden where we could play with our dog without leash. Breakfast was also awesome.

Excellent service from the staff, the stay was an emergency one nighter organised from the UK and very hurried so family members could attend a local funeral. A mad dash through the Benelux meant my party arrived late at night but found everything as promised. Excellent communication via telephone and emails in my broken German, however Non-German speakers shouldn't worry , the staff speak excellent English. Very good value for money.

This hotel is such a gem. It has great amenities - a great pool, breakfast is delicious, the room is spacious and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable, and it feels cozy. The restaurant serves delicious food. The hotel is chocolate-themed, which means the decor gives a nod to cocoa, but chocolate is also everywhere to be found - at breakfast (real hot chocolate), dinner, and snacks. They have a chocolaterie in the hotel, which you can buy chocolate from.

The breakfast was perfectly decent, very German. So many bread options, salamis, hams, and cheeses. Plenty of cold platters and yoghurt. Also with some scrambled eggs.

This was a very last minute booking but they did all they could to help us out.

We liked everything about the hotel. Very clean, comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Very helpful friendly staff. We were staying there for a family wedding nearby and it was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay again if we come to this area of Germany again.

The trip started well even before we left. Communication was excellent, and I was even offered an update with a change of room in the partner hotel on the other side of the town square. When we arrived check in was very easy and quick. We were able to park our motorcycle in a secure area which was very welcome. Breakfast was of a similar high quality with a selection of cereals, various types of bread rolls and bread. Hams, cheeses, jams, and yoghurt, as well as different choices of teas and coffees. Everything was served by staff who, at gave the impression, that they were pleased to be there. For those who like to have an evening meal, dinner is also available. Tasted excellent. If it was possible to give a higher rating than excellent, I would have given it!

We found this to be very good and we were looked after very well. Our room was a decent size and everything you would need was provided. Westerstede is a very pretty little town with a lovely park and some nice restaurants. The hotel happily provided us with bicycle storage.

The location is perfect for a quiet stay. The service is very good: everybody is friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the spa and the swimming pool.
