Perfect location to explore old town; kind staff; no problems at all!

It was situated at walking distance to the town centre. Easy parking, but had to be reserved. Rooms were lovely with modern decor. The bathroom fan was amazing. No steamed up mirror after showering. Lovely bed and air conditioning, which was great. The breakfast room could appear a bit caothic when people trued to fi d seating while others tried to get to the different places where the food was.. The flow of getting the food could be improved. The food selection was fine.

I was there to go to a medical appointment early the next day. The whole hotel is very clean, it seems recently renovated. The staff was super nice and the whole service was very good. You can park directly in the front for 10€ per night.

Great location! Really clean and quiet. So close to everything. The parking was all booked but we were able to park in a nearby free parking area so that was very handy.

I loved the central location, the clean and cosy rooms, the lounge area with the fresh water station, and super friendly staff. The city itself is well worth a visit and I would absolutely stay here again if I return. The art on the walls and cute, small details really were the cherry on top.

Comfortable and peaceful hotel

My sister and I came from Southern France on our way home to Sweden and had a wonderful stay in a spacious room! The price was very low, so we expected something very simple, but it was a comfortable spacious room. Very clean and with a great shower. We did not take breakfast but hurried on to our ferry. If we come back to lovely Lüneburg, we will definitely stay there again!

Comfortable suite on the top floor of this recently and lovingly renovated old building. We received good and timely information about checking in from the very considerate and friendly staff, including information regarding the parking situation, which is opposite the hotel in a multi level Q-Park. The hotel is close to the beautiful old town so it was extremely easy to walk everywhere to see the main highlights. Breakfast was fairly basic but fresh and plentiful.

The room was very pretty and very clean. The whole hotel also is well presented. The location is also excellent.

Excellent hotel, great staff, very friendly. Beds are very comfortable, quiet rooms, floor heating. Clean. Good food too.
