I really liked the very friendly girl at the reception desk who knew how to work professionally with guests. She helped me park the car and in the morning kindly treated me to free coffee. Everything was very clean! The hotel has a nice renovation and a pleasant smell throughout.

We stayed here as a family of 6 for just one night, and it was incredible! The service was great, the food was delicious, the grounds are beautiful, and the room was very spacious and clean. Wonderful place!

Wonderful place! Thoughtfully laid out in an area of natural beauty, including waterfalls and rivers. Very comfy rooms. The bed was excellent. Food was great and worth eating on site at their restaurant. The road up to the lodge is best in a 4x4 but not terrible (they can collect you). Staff were very helpful. The toboggan run is fast and thrilling. I have travelled and stayed in many places in the DR. This rates in my top 3.
