Breakfast was good and great environment

Very nice place with a great atmosphere! The location was perfect, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The people were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and give tips about the area. Everything was clean and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent experience—the best we could have asked for!

Everything, i was happy staying at this hotel. I would like to praise reception persons and all staff which were very helpful during the stay. They helped in every way they could.

Everything was great. Gorgeous white marble bathroom. Spacious rooms with seating area. Top to floor windows. Quality bed linnen and towels. Aesthetically pleasing on every floor, not just the rooms. Helpful, friendly and English speaking staff. I will keep coming every time I’m in town. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

No breakfast at the hotel but got coffee and pastries at the coffee shop all the time and it was great. Got to visit the "Mexican" restaurant, but it was only pretty, the food was disappointing. Their drinks were ok, but the food was nauseating.

The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. The food was great it was good seasoned and good cooked. I did not expect such a great hotel at that price.

The room was really nice and cozy. The breakfast was good as well, the only thing is they didn’t have bacon and my son wanted that. The pool was really nice as well. My sons really did enjoy it although it was only for 1 night. I will definitely stay here again. The staff were extremely welcoming.

The suite was large and included a full kitchen, dining room, sitting area, bed and bathroom. The receptionist was outstanding. I booked this for my son and two friends through Booking.com. I misunderstood and thought that I had paid ahead of time with my credit card, but apparently, I had not paid and my son was asked to pay for the room at check in. He did not have a credit card, but he called me, passed the phone to the receptionist and we proceeded to solve the issue through direct deposit. The receptionist was patient, courteous, and super helpful. He allowed the boys to register as soon as I sent him a picture of the bank transfer and before he got a notification from the bank. Then, he informed me when he received the notification himself and sent me a receipt both by WA and email knowing that I would receive WA immediately.

Bathroom on point. Cheap and good quality overall.
