too much noise most of the time. cleaning crew woking you up early just to pick up dirty towels not cleaning the room right away. No one speaking any other Languague just Spanish. Many times the forget to leave needing amenities as I clean towels.

Artsy place! Great service minded staff! Good value for money and nicely decorated!

Good location and wifi. Employees were friendly and helpful, but be ready that they have poor English if you are not speaking spanish. Good breakfast, only small variety. We had room with balcony and it was nice.

Well organized and clean. Staff was kind and the location is perfect

Great location, comfy room and easy to checkin/checkout

The modern hotel is located in the center of the Zona Colonial. Breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were delicious. The room was comfortable, perfectly clean and cleaned daily with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. There was a safe in the room. There is an elevator in the hotel.

The location right in the heart of Zona Colonial. We took a room with balcony above the square Colon. Great

Very nice hotel in the center of the city. All sights are at walking distance. A huge variety of breakfasts. Laundry service available. Nice staff.

The best hôtel in the old santo domingo , as simple than that

First off, 5 star review when comparing it to other hotels in a similar price range. It is not the Paris Hilton, it is a good budget hotel, in a fantastic location with nice staff. A/C worked well, shower ran hot... ... eventually. Pleasant breakfast. We will definitely return if in Santo Domingo again. The cat guarded my wheelchair!

Beautiful location, friendly staff, a great balcony in our room overlooking the Parque Rosado. We loved it!

The location is perfect if your intention is to visit the colonial city. The staff and the place are beautiful, we really enjoy our stay in this hotel
