I stayed at the hotel for 6 days on a friend's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised by the service this hotel provides for relatively little money. The staff is very friendly and always ready to answer additional questions and help with anything you need. The rooms are clean and tidy, as is the rest of the hotel. For a small amount of money, you can enjoy a good meals in the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, strategically located within a shopping plaza where you have a supermarket, coffe shops, pastry shop, beauty salon and multiple restaurants. The hotel itself is decorated in a practical and modern style, and offers multiple amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and restaurant.,

I found this hotel to be of top International standards, rooms exceptionally clean and modern, beds, pillows extremely comfortable. Staff at reception are absolutely brilliant, Jamie and others, most efficient and friendly, even at 2.30am. The porters were also on top form, thank you Raphael and others. After traveling for 36 hours with little sleep, this hotel was just what I needed, I didn't want to leave.

Excellent location with beautiful view to Santiago city. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was great. Good food, premium service.
