I don't often give rave reviews, but with Casa Bolívar Hotel Museo, I'm making an exception. It's a gem! An oasis of tranquility and comfort in the heart of the city. The staff's terrific and the total experience was excellent!

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, it felt like a home stay or a visit to some distant relative’s house rather than a stay at a hotel. The room was big and comfortable and the breakfasts were fantastic. This definitely ended up being one of our favorite stays in all of Ecuador.

Location It is located on a pedestrian street, no cars, no noise and plenty of shops and places to eat. A 5 minute walk to the Mercado. I had my hair cut in the lobby. Excellent cut.
