Super attentive staff, and really great service provided (All questions were answered satisfactorily: additional blanket, specific breakfast time, help with carrying the suitcases) I can highly recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stay before taking the bus from Quitumba terminal to travel deeper into Ecuador. Breakfast was really good, the bed was comfy, high water pressure in the shower with hot water. 10 out of 10, especially for the price. We'll definitely come back here once we come back to Quito!

An absolute masterpiece in Quito. Our stay at Hotel Santa Clara was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed in the Nogal suite, and the room itself was absolutely amazing. The breathtaking views of Quito from our windows are something we will never forget. A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

Beautiful hotel overlooking Santa Domingo Square. We had a suite with amazing views, comfortable arm chairs and a superking bed. Felt like a bit of 1930s grandeur. Staff friendly.

The hotel is located in the heart of Quito. There are many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are large and have all the necessary amenities.

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast with a lovely selection of fruit and made to order eggs. Comfy lounge area with complementary tea and cake at 4pm. The biggest and comfiest best ever!

Best breakfast we had in Ecuador, super lovely staff, very nice rooms and great location. It's also possible to leave your luggage if you come back here, which is super handy.

This place is a gem! I already booked a second stay. The room with the balcony is very spacefull and the staff brought me breakfast to have there, it was magical! The place is also very well located close to all major spots in old town. There is also a great rooftop! The room was spotless and the staff was always ready to help. I checked in and out off work hours and they made sure to be there for me, I really appreciate.

The building is steeped in history and the decor and flower arrangements 100% Fernando, concierge, was very attentive and professional The restaurant was excellent - 10 course tasting menu was the best we have had

We came back after a few days. We had a better room (2 beds, more space). We were very sick and manage to rest well. Plus the staff was really helpful with us. Thank you
