Everything! The staff went out of their way several times to help us. The location is great, just on the edge of town but very quiet. The artwork in the hotel was beautiful, and I bought one of the paintings directly off the wall! The breakfast was wonderful - my favorite of all my Ecuadorean breakfasts.

We booked to stay here a few nights to unwind after a busy period of travel, which was a great choice. The staff are all lovely and helpful, the location is really peaceful with waterfalls and viewpoints ~15 minutes walk away, and the communal facilities are great (pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, ps5). We were given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony - the room felt like a hotel room, very modern and well looked after, with a bath and a hammock on the balcony. Food is decent and decently priced, and there are bikes to hire for $10 to do the Ruta de las Cascadas, plus you can book rafting, canyoning etc through the hostel. Bar on site too with beer happy hour and a separate cocktail happy hour later on, but it wasnt a party hostel (we stayed in June so high season, but it wasn't too busy). Ended up extending our stay by 2 nights - loved chilling out here

Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

Perfect, comfortable and relaxing stay, right next to the waterfall. Really great location. Run by the nicest people. Spa menu (and the pricing) is fantastic; great massage which was much appreciated following a long trip into Baños. Would stay here again next time!

Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony and view. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend Hotel Ilé!
