The location is very convenient & is central. There are stylish cafes close by (Kopi Luwak & Antigo) with affordable, tasty meals for breakfast & lunch. There are several salons closeby including Sudamericana (recommended!). The owner is knowledgeable & helpful. The rooms are super clean & stylish. Of course, the artwork (of Che) inside is very unique & beyond incredible. You cannot find such a place very often (if ever?) with such ambiance, cleanliness, & convenience of location.

Everything was amazing . Right in the heart of Cuenca this hotel is the best choice ! Located in a beautiful colonial style old mansion I had a room in the backyard which was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice . The staff was outstanding , trying to fulfill every wish and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Would stay there any time again !

What a perfect place to stay in Cuenca, the best place we stayed in our 5 weeks in Ecuador. Wilmer is an utter delight, nothing is too much trouble for him; breakfast was delicious; all the staff incredibly welcoming and friendly; room was beautiful, bed very comfortable; lots of lovely, tranquil spaces to hang out. It is beautiful colonial style hotel. I liked décor, tasteful and comfortable style. Stuff very helpful with luggage. Location is right in the middle of old town but it was quiet at night, I had a good sleep there.
