Choose the room with the hot tub. It is really decadent.

Fabulous hotel with lovely garden in centre of Banos. Very good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Very friendly hosts. Quiet even though in centre of city.

Jacuzzi, pool, bar, restaurant, really confortable rooms. The staff are also super lovely. I forgot my phone in the taxi, and the receptionist and manager of the hostel helped me get it back, including calling the taxi rank and driving me to where it was, once I’d been able to track it. Incredibly grateful for their help!!

Location in the middle of the town, I loved the size of the room and the view was stunning, breakfast was very good, and staff were friendly and helpful

Spacious and clean room, hot shower, beautiful setting (you can see the sunset from the top balcony too). The restaurant on site is really good (veggies options available), the artwork on the walls are gorgeous. They play (really good) music until late (they will send you a message about it after your booking) but it never was crazy. The staff was really nice as they offer another more quiet room location. I'd 100% recommend the place. It's close from everything (terminal, shops, center)

The property is simple but comfortable and historic with a lot of interest to explore. The welcome was warm and my room was comfortable with everything that I needed including hot water on demand. The location is very good with easy access to the central part of town which is quite commercialised so it was good to be in a quiet setting on the outskirts a short distance away. Unlike many places in Ecuador such as the old town in Quito the central parts of town offer a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Of particular note was the really excellent breakfast in a lovely setting and with a good choice of four options. Having a breakfast choice is also unusual in Ecuador. The breakfast was one of the very best I have had during two weeks in the country with a very friendly and attentive service, well presented food and two offerings of additional coffee. I really loved this place, I would certainly stay again and I can recommend it to others. PS the friendly but restrained welcome from Leica the dog and her companion was also much appreciated by a dog lover like me.

Their breakfast were super delicious and the room was rather small, but a big toilet! ☺️ their garnen sis so beautiful’

Good value place with good location. Helpful staff. I would stay again. Location is great close to bus terminal and short walk to center.
