The location is excellent and a good starting point for a tour into the Amazon. Our children and we as parents particularly enjoyed the pool area. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is plentiful and has something for everyone.

Staff are fantastic. Breakfast was yum. Bed was comfy. Very secure parking. I checked in around 5.30pm and asked if I could get laundry done and it was no problem, it was ready in the morning, great service.

The most beautiful and original place to stay we used in Ecuador. Very beautiful house, very comfortable beds, the best mosquito-nets ever, amazing food and breakfast, and last but not least very friendly and warm owners and staff. Concerning safety: you read a lot about safety issues close to the border... We drove with our rental car (during the day) from Quito to Lago Agrio and Cuyabeno and have never felt unsafe. Maskani Wasi is a place I would absolutely recomment!
