This hotel is AMAZING!! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were lovely but the facilities were on another level! For Christmas they had chocolate hour every evening (free chocolate and desserts), they have complimentary access for guests to their sauna, steam room and indoor pool and they have a really good breakfast!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great hotel - very comfortable rooms, nice breakfast (good choice of things and all tasty), excellent location, nice SPA zone - can definitely recommend it. Also I managed to foget glasses when leaving - it was too late when I realized that happened, and then they helped a lot with it - sent a package with glasses to my home address in Poland, special thanks to Sergei who did that and everyone else involved :D

The best stay I probably ever had. The employees were very professional and someone even knew a bit of german. Room was clean and big (32qm2) Breakfast also has vegan options and the SPA is open for everyone. Perfect stay, would come back again. Also the best looking hotel from all Hiltons. The view was amazind and beside the Spa you can also bath in your room even in a normal room, not just a Suite.
