Great location, you will be alone with no one around all your stay. There is a big house nearby but no one stays there. The staff can't speak english very good, but it was possible and gave us a big speaker because we forgot, very lovely staff. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was amazing. Would definitly stay here again.

The “room” was actually a whole little cottage in the grounds of the owner’s own house. The cottage was over 100 years old but in good condition. It was also spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The owner was extremely friendly and took very good care of us. We were even given coffee and a coffee maker at no extra charge. We were only passing through and did not visit Soomaa National Park this time, but the location would have been very convenient for exploring the park.

The best place to stay and visit Soomaa National Park. Very comfortable room. Fantastic surroundings. Possibility of rental bikes and canoes. Hospitable and helpful hosts.
