Lovely relaxed hotel. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel is about 10 minute drive to Llanes which suited us. Breakfast was excellent. Bed very comfortable room very clean.

Owner and Staff were so helpful, Facilities and setting was first class overlooking the pool and mountain range. On site Cafeteria and you just felt you were part of their family. Breakfast was a real bonus.

The location is perfect for exploring the local area. Beautiful beach nearby. A wide choice for breakfast.

A lovely family run hotel. Very comfortable spacious room. Lovely hot shower. I booked very late and arrived late also. Property was easy to communicate with prior to stay and attentive to detail whilst I was there. Very knowledgeable local owner. Good choice of drinks available in the bar. I had a wonderful local cider. Breakfast was generous and tasty with local elements included. I would very happily spend a few days at this property exploring the locality.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location with bars, restaurants, beaches and the train station all within walking distance.

Beautiful location, fabulous building and rooms, amazing food. Manuel and his colleagues couldn't do enough to help us, particularly with our very bad grasp of Spanish. We even witnessed Spain beating France to go through to the Euro Finals on Sunday (hopefully against us). We will be back!! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

We had a delightful experience here. The hotel is very welcoming and relaxing. It is spotlessly clean and our room was very spacious. Breakfast was really good. The receptionist had really good English and very knowledgeable of d area. I would recommend this hotel as it suited all of our needs

although away from the beach, we chose that for quietness and parking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Biggish hotel right on the Harbourside. Very friendly helpful staff.

Huge room. Friendly owner. It felt like we were in the countryside with a view of cows from our window but only 5 minute cycle into the beautiful town. Owner was helpful letting us store the bikes in her garage.

Great location! Staff were very accommodating. Even brought a kettle to our room when I requested one. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable.

Exceptional attention and care. Yes, the hotel is a little dated but its old-school charm is refreshingly NOT white-walled, ikea-fied Boho-chic. Very well positioned, room with windows opening out over the water, got showers, towels, comfy bed, plenty of space. Parking is paid(as is typical) and a small walk from hotel, but we were accompanied by staff to find it. A great relief they had this as street parking was completely full throughout the town on arrival.
