This place was awesom. Fabulous room, fabulous breakfast and oh so welcoming

We liked that it was out of the centre of the city so it was very quiet and relaxing. Very nice staff and a good breakfast. The room was large and very clean

Good location and easy parking

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Pamplona. The room was large and exactly as shown in the photos, which was great to see. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a highlight—clean, spacious, and equipped with a lovely bath. The front desk staff member was friendly and welcoming, and took the time to check in with me about parking and breakfast, which I appreciated. The hotel also has an elevator, which made things much easier when travelling with luggage. In terms of location, there’s a supermarket within walking distance as well as a few nearby restaurants, which was very convenient. The hotel is about a 20-minute trip from the city centre, but there’s a bus stop just a couple of minutes’ walk away, making it easy to get around. The room itself was warm and well-equipped, with a TV and a desk, which added to the comfort of the stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would happily recommend it.

Rooms were big, very comfy beds, excellent breakfast, exceeded our expectations. Well positioned within the city. We did a tour of various cities, this was the best hotel that we stayed at.

Great business-type hotel with excellent breakfast. Parking in adjacent garage was useful and safe. For us the most impressive memory was the welcome from receptionist Andrea. On arrival I discovered that I had lost my bag on the 6 hour drive from Moreaira - and consequently my passport, driving license, health cards etc :-( Andrea, who speaks excellent English, was a god-send. She calmly helped us identify the locations of the two stops we had made en-route, telephoned both restaurants to inquire if they had found the bag, and sent us a message when one place indeed had confirmed they had it. Despite the 440 km detour we had to make, all was recovered intact. Bravo for helpful and honest Spaniards !

We were travelling from Caen to Murcia the hotel is in an ideal place for a stop over. The receptionist was lovely she was very pleasant and helpful. The room we had was lovely very large, clean and very quiet. We will definitely stay again on our travels

On the Camino and this was close to Pamplona so I could walk in easily the next day and still have plenty of time to look around Pamplona. Overnight reception staff were excellent. The lady phoned ahead to my Pamplona accommodation to clarify something for me - very helpful!

We received an incredibly warm welcome. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. Apologies, I cannot remember the names of the two men that checked us in but they were amazing. The hotel had everything you needed and the location was great. The food in the restaurant was first class and great value for money.

Good location with parking. Breakfast was large buffet. Hotel is modern very clean. The highlight of my stay were the front desk staff. I had a problem with my car and they were superb in helping getting it fixed.

We were upgraded to a suite, which more than met our expectations. It's very close to centre so an easy walk. Quet area. Beds were very comfortable, and I had the best sleep in a long time. Coffee maker, kettle fridge in the room. Great shower, but also has a bath, which we didn't use.
