We liked everything! We found this beautiful place by accident: a lovingly restored winery and olive mill in a tiny, historic town surrounded by almond groves. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful and our stay began with a tour of the premises, a fascinating overview of the history of the place and it's people and how it was restored. The meals were excellent and likewise lovingly prepared by the owners, a two person team who expertly and efficiently managed every single aspect of the hotel. Everything was absolutely amazing about this hotel. We are so glad we went off the beaten path to spend the night and have dinner there. Easy check in with lock box. We had an apartment on the first floor. Simple but good kitchen. Nice bathroom. Very good beds. We parked our bicycles in the apartment. The stairs were spacious enough to carry us them upstairs. But there’s also a garage available.
