We have stayed in Hotel Altaia 4 times and we love it. So close to everything, beach, promenade, port, old town. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here many times in recent years and it never fails to please. It has to be the most understated hotel in the area. Clean, comfortable, ample free parking, good WiFi, great value and a great breakfast.

A little gem view to die for staff very polite and helpful would definitely recommend and will return.

Calmness, cleanliness, good food, location

I was surprised by how many different treatments they offer. I tried the intravenous laser therapy and a few Metawell sessions and I ended up really liking the mix of attentive staff and all the high-tech stuff they use. It felt like a different kind of wellness experience, especially if you are into technology that really helps you feel better.

First of all, the location is top! For those who love to stay just near the beach. Across the promenade there is a very nice beach, clean and with basic facilities( sun beds, life guards, playground). It is very convenient to find in the room a kettle and a fridge. Some reviews say that the design is outdated. It is not an issue at all as everything is of a good quality from sustainable materials. Like wood or marble. Also the mattress is very comfy. What I really like about the hotel is the variety of choices. Two swimming pools( the one on the roof has a breathtaking view), great selection of dishes for lunch or dinner, a lounge space, where you can relax. In the evening you can enjoy live music, and there is a dancing stage. Moreover the staff is very helpful and friendly. Plus I must admit that the rooms are cleaned every day, and in general the hotel is extremely clean. I would highly recommend to choose Kaktus hotel for your stay in Albir.

Loved the hotel full stop. Only thing that was a liittle disappointing and that was it was not adults only. we thought it was an adults only hotel, It does seem more suited for adults. The nbar area was lovely bar staff fantastic. But children running around and the games tables in tthe bar area made it less relaxing. Hotel is lose to shops restaurants bars etc, Gardens pool area very beautiful and well maintained. Would possible use the hotel again off season.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful surrounding area . Only the hill was a bit heavy going but being cooler later in the year ok but climbing the hill in high temperatures could be a problem for elderly
