From the moment you step through the door and you are welcomed by Nuria, you feel at home. The big smile, friendly demeanour and calming presence make you feel as if you have stepped back in time when old fashioned customer service still counted. The facilities are well maintained and very clean and rooms are light and airy. The beds feauture large too! The mattresses are superbly comfortable and I had the best sleep in a hotel for a very long time. Breakfast is fantastic too and if it is a lovely morning, I suggest having it on the porch. It is cool and green and the excellent breakfast tastes even better!

Very comfortable, beautifully updated room. Super bedding, thick towels. Fan was a nice touch. Staff very friendly, helped us store our bikes for the night. Location excellent. Quiet location yet right downtown. Overall spectacular value for price.

Stylish Palacio and you see that back in the main building where we stayed. Central staircase with the billiards room and TV room all in the same style too and well maintained. Parking garage well accessible.

Everything was perfect from the comfortable bed to the efficient shower and the friendly staff to the excellent breakfast and the convenient parking to the easy arrival and checkin!

What a wonderful hotel. Alberto welcomed us on arrival and was very helpful with advice on what to do, things to see and information about the area. The breakfast is great too. Highly recommended.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff are so incredibly warm and kind, the rooms are adorable and the million little things they do are all so sweet and wonderful. Such a special experience.

1 km off the A8 motorway. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Nice spacious / clean and comfortable rooms. Large carpark and a restaurant serving home made food. ( Delicious) At a fab price. Will stay again for sure if travelling down This route.

This horse ranch is located in a scenic mountain spot. Friendly dogs are eager to play with guests - when arriving with the car 100 meters away from the hotel we had doubts where to turn, one dog noticed and showed us the way! Lamb chops for dinner were fantastic. Very convenient hours for checkin and checkout.
