Lovely property and location. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Front desk Staff member, Virginia, very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable beds with nice linens. Restaurant has a good variety of choices. Bar also had nice selection of wines and cocktails. Friendly wait staff too. Surrounding area very scenic. Close to medieval town.

This accommodation has a rustic style. The rooms are next to each other in a U shape and there is only 1 floor. The parking is free and it is internal, so separated by a fence from the street. In our room there were also 2 bathrooms, 1 of them for disabled people. There is a natural reserve parc close to the hotel, where you can go for a nice walk.

Almost meditative and retreat-like in tranquil natural surroundings. Beautifully prepared and delicious breakfast. Geothermal floor cooling and environmentally conscious construction with extremely tasteful design. Owner is exceptionally helpful and hospitable- we loved every moment of our experience..highly recommend!

The building and the accommodations are entirely new. Everything worked perfectly. The staff, August in partifular, were amazing. The apartment was fully equipped with everything that you would need for your stay. There's a tram station within waking distance to get you downtown in a 15 minutes commute. Plenty of alternatives for coffee, beer, fast food nearby, although I can only recommend Cafeteria Alquimia where we had breakfast.

The apartment building isn't beautiful but it really suited our purpose for not wanting to drive in Vitoria. It is on the edge of the city and there are regular buses nearby. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was a bonus.

Great hotel well situated if you are traveling. It is very close to the highway. Enough places to park in a secluded street. The gastrobar is very convenient. The best is the staff. They call me to verify the time of arrival making sure the kitchen was open. Great service.

Eat downstairs. Separate menu for quieter area as bar was really really noisy while we were there. Great value food in the bar. Very busy with lorry drivers. Great value diesel at the front door. Interesting shop in lobby area. Showers excellent. Room was spotless.
