The staff is professional, informative, friendly, kind, and helpful. They go above and beyond. Very scenic surroundings. We also like the patio and the garden. It is a good base to explore los Picos de Europa. Excellent location if you plan to participate in the Descenso del Rio Sella.

The hotel was great, the boy at the desk switched us to a room with a bath which was really nice of them! Breakfast was a fab spread and the people working there were really lovely. Would 100% go again.

Un hotel con precios asequibles, ubicado en Arriondas y de fácil acceso, con un personal atento en todo momento. Tuve que hacer el check-in por la noche, sobre las 23h, tras un contratiempo en otro alojamiento. No hubo problema en hacerlo así e incluso me contactaron al teléfono para asegurarse de que encontraba las llaves de acceso. ¡Muchas gracias por la amabilidad!

Old school in the best sense - lovely people running this pretty, positively old fashioned hotel. The breakfast is made with so much love, the cider is home made - what’s not to love? Highly recommended!

Lovely place, beautiful building and all the little details (classic cars, motorbikes & old photographs all around the building). Great rooms with the comfiest mattresses and pillows. This review is for the Maria Manuela Spa hotel as we were changed to that one due to maintenance issues at The Bricial.

The staff at La Pontiga absolutely made our stay. José and Beni and the whole team are so friendly and kind. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable and gave us great recommendations for what to do in the area. The property is also beautiful!
