It’s a quiet neighbourhood slightly away from the cafes and...
It’s a quiet neighbourhood slightly away from the cafes and restaurants, so it took me a few days to work out where everything was. In reality it is about 2.5kms from these facilities. There are only a few shops nearby. However, the beach, with a number of chiringuitos is only 2mins walk away, and you can walk/ run for miles in either direction. There are smarter neighbourhoods nearer to Malaga centre (but more expensive), but this was a great base, especially with a car, for exploring the whole Malaga area.

It's a small town so there's more to do in the near larger cities, but for relaxing vacation with kids it's great. I recommend renting a car, the public transaport is not always reliable.
