Excellent hotel to stay in Bilbao, very comfortable room, excellent bathroom. We arrived early and were able to checkin which was fantastic as we were walking Camino del Norte. Jose the concierge was great with suggestions as we had visited Bilbao twice before and we spent a great day out in Portugalette before returning to Bilbao for a great evening. We will definitely return

The location in the old town is fantastic. Easy 20-min walk along the river to the Guggenheim. The interior design is stylish & unique. Have a restaurant & a bistro in the hotel makes for a great choice. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The beds were large and super comfortable. Lots of attention to detail notable. I so much look forward to coming back.

Very spacious and big luxurious rooms! Good beds, I slept very well. Nice view from the restaurant on the top floor. Staff was very nice and professional :-) very central location and not far from anything.
