Lovely room, warm, decent shower, very clean, we had the best nights sleep in ages. Staff were helpful, polite, and pleasant. Superb breakfast they really have got things right, coffee machine that’s easy to work, fresh fruit juice, an amazing selection of food including fresh fruit, cereals, hams and cheese, hot food, a choice of breads and cakes, oh and a toaster that we didn’t have to wait to warm up and decent size plates, what more could one ask for. Really pleasant staff in the breakfast room too. The cafe was nice we were served with tapas with our drinks in the evening too and the staff were very nice.

our stay was the first time I was driving past having just driven up from Portugal last year and did see this hotel on my way back and thought i try it in December on my way back and what a surprise it was one of the best Hotels i have stay in the bed was very large so was the room the service excellence could not have been better

Such a well placed hotel, a few steps from the old town, restaurants and bars.

The location was great, in the centre of the town so it was really convenient. The room was cute and in a lovely traditional style, as was the hotel.

We had a very comfortable room overlooking the old town. Views were stunning and staff all very friendly

My second stay at this wonderful hotel, my favourite place to stay in Caceres. The family who run the hotel are wonderful, kind and helpful. The hotel is just one street back from the main square so very very handy for all the wonderful cafes, bars, restaurants and exploring the old city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is magical! You open the door and walk into a beautiful tea room (with an incredible selection of teas and cakes). The staff are super-friendly and helpful and the room is huge!

I like the overall interior design as well as the location. I didn't take the breakfast option but went for dinner at their restaurant and it was fabulous.

Location is just in the center, check is fast
