The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived in late, after the reception is usually closed but we told them in advance and they kindly stayed late to let us in. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and had balconies attached. Breakfast was good; continental but cooked eggs (scrambled, fried or omelette) and bacon available too. Also had fruit, cold meats, smoked salmon, avocado and tomato, croissant, pastries, pain-au-chocolat etc. One of our party used the spa and found it excellent. There is a michelin star restaurant attached and another restaurant which serves lunch and dinner.

Very nice pool area with lots of seating areas. We changed to a different room after three days, the new one having significantly larger windows and more light. The manager was very helpful in finding a solution to a noise problem by letting us switch rooms. The place is located in a quiet area, and within walking distance of the city center (15-20 mins) Besides, there is a free public parking 10 mins walk from the hotel.
