The historic stone farmhouse (now the taperia, breakfast room and office) are just extraordinary. The gardens are lovely and the pool and sunloungers were the perfect spot to spend an afternoon. We stayed in the pool and garden cabins, and the garden cabin (while a bit more rustic in its facilities and decor) felt like it was in the forest. We woke up every day to an extraordinary view of the huge trees. Christina was an amazing host, and she made our stay very special.

Beautiful tranquil and remote location. Superb views. The “loft” apartment we stayed in was lovely, stylishly decorated and well laid out. The large windows give wonderful views of the Serra do Cando. The beds are comfortable, the kitchenette is well equipped. It was easy to find and there is ample parking. The host Angela is fantastic. A perfect host. And she is only next door.

Excellent service and attention. It does not really get much better than this. Clean house, comfortable and well equipped. We had everything we needed, and the owners provided even little things we asked for, such as cooking appliances that are not typically found in renting places. They also gave us good travel tips to suit our plans. The kids loved the pool, and they were even asking to come back next year!

A very elegant hotel to rest ones tired body after a long day on the Camino. We were able to relax by the pool after settling in and before eating a nice meal in the restaurant on site. Highly recommend.
