This was the best albergue I stayed at in my 40 days of walking. It’s a restored 300 year old house. The attention to detail is incredible. There is a lounge area that has an incredible view. They sell snacks and drinks for a small fee in the communal kitchen. When I told the host that I wanted to leave earlier than breakfast time, she accommodated me. Truly amazing.

Everything! The staff was so welcoming, warm and friendly. Patient with my rusty Spanish (even though they speak great English!) fantastic with our baby. They had a high chair! The food was GREAT. The beds were the best we’ve had in the Camino. They have a store that is thoughtfully curated with everything a pilgrim could need at totally reasonable prices. It was so quiet. The shower was hot the room was warm. EXCELLENT value for money. One of (if not the ultimate) best stays in our month in Spain. Thank you!!

Loved this place! Possibly too far off the Camino without a ride. However, this place is a gem if you have a car or bike. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained, the B and B is located in a quiet, quaint village a few miles from Astorga. An amazing price (70 Euros) for the quality of the facility and excellent breakfast. We also had an exceptional dinner at the restaurant just around the corner. Absolutely wonderful!
