Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. The only shortcomings are it’s difficult location with GPS, and that they do not have air conditioning. Otherwise perfect.

Everything! Fresh juice, fruit, yogurts, breads, and pastries were brought to the table immediately without requesting them and we were asked how we would like coffee or tea prepared and if we would like anything else. The service exceeded expectations and made us feel like we were family.

The setting is spectacular, with an unobstructed view of the majestic mountains. And Pedro (the owner) is the warmest, most gracious host that you can imagine. His 1878 casona has been beautifully restored; it has all the modern comforts yet authentic historical charm. And he is an excellent cook, producing fabulous meals using local ingredients. Also, Pedro is fluent in English, so in addition to having enjoyable conversations, he was able to book a table for us for lunch as well as recommend destinations and outings for us during the day. Be sure to ask him about the "do’s and don’ts" surrounding the traditional cider rituals!

Beautiful old hotel deep in Asturias, perfectly quiet, with staff and an owner who couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. Lovely restaurant with a delicious menu of regional food and wine. Exceptional value for a Friday in summer.

Infiesto is a cute little town in the middle of Asturias...

Infiesto is a cute little town in the middle of Asturias located along side the Piloña river. Although small it has a lively vibe, the people are friendly and it's a great place to use as a base to explore all the rugged beauty nearby. On Mondays the aptly named 'Plaza de Mercado' in the center of town converts into a flea market where you can find locally grown produce, new and used clothes, antiques etc.

Infiesto is a small, friendly town with all amenities.

Infiesto is a small, friendly town with all amenities. Not much to do for young ones in the town itself but a great location for exploring the surrounding Pico de Europa mountains and the beautiful beaches of Llanes and Ribadesella. Would definitely go back.

A small but welcoming village, it has a beautiful riverside...

A small but welcoming village, it has a beautiful riverside hiking route along the Piloña River. You walk from the village towards the sanctuary and from there the path begins along the river, with many very pretty access points.

It's a quiet village that's quite close to everything you can see and do on a holiday in Asturias. It has a few places to eat and drink, and parking is easy as there's plenty of space.

Infiesto is a town where you have everything.

Infiesto is a town where you have everything. You can't miss visiting the Hermitage of the Virgin of the Cave. Next door is the Pidiella route, which is ideal for doing with children and for adults if you like the world of fantasy. For food, go to Yantares de Pelayo; they have a very varied menu at a great price and the staff are super friendly.

It's a town with plenty of amenities: cider houses,...

It's a town with plenty of amenities: cider houses, restaurants, grocery stores, and clothing shops. Our house, El Campu, was just 1 km away, the perfect distance to go for lunch or dinner in Infiesto and easily return home. Infiesto is strategically located for exploring western Asturias. From there, everything is within a 40-minute drive.

A beautiful hotel in an old Asturian house in spacious grounds, with a warm reception from Fermin (our host), his wife (who cooked such deicious diners) and the other guests (all Spanish). Our room was very comfortable and super-clean, and the hotel lounge was a great place to relax after dark, as the October night came in. Lots of places to enjoy a drink outdoors too. Good walks from the door and nearby, in beautiful woodland and beside mountain rivers, and also close to a GR route. We hope to return!

My elderly parents stayed here for 10 days in August as my house has stairs and my mother couldn’t manage them. Excellent value for money and the hotel staff were wonderful. They helped them with everything and my parents felt very welcome.
