Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly. We didn’t meet the owner in person until the next day but check-in was easy and had a great night’s sleep! Just a few mins walk into the centre. Would recommend

Absolutely outstanding in every respect. Stunning location, with amazing 180 degree views of the high Pyrenees. Delicious breakfasts. Very stylish, spacious rooms. Wonderful footpaths straight from the door. Fifteen minutes walk from the centre of Llivia with a wide range of superb restaurants. I came for two nights and loved it so much I came back the next week for four more nights. We came by train and took a taxi from Latour de Carol station for about €35. Ideal stopover for Le Train Jaune. Delightful, helpful owners.

An interesting building, modern design, and a well-thought-out integration of the historic foundation with new comfort standards. Our room was comfortable and cozy. I didn't have to interact with anyone, which was a wonderful experience. Everything is set up for self-check-in, check-out, and a seamless stay. It's fantastic.

Not a very interesting town in itself, it is very well...

Not a very interesting town in itself, it is very well located though, and we used it as a base to do daily trips to Les Angles and Font Romeu. During the week most of the restaurants are closed, so make sure to reserve at one of the few that are open.

Secure parking outside the hotel with CCTV. Plenty of wardrobe space. Small desk area in room. Access to a narrow terrace to admire views. Big bathroom with shower over the bath. Second floor of the hotel has a lounge area and access to a coffee machine, water, fruit and snacks during the day. Only opened in January 2025 so everything is very new. The breakfast was 7.45 euros each and had a very good selection of hot and cold dishes.

We especially liked the bed, it was incredibly comfortable. And of course, having an AC unit that you can control yourself is a huge plus. The view from the window is beautiful, and the hotel grounds are interesting and well-maintained. The staff were super welcoming and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel.

small hotel in the center of Llivia, located in an old house but with completely modern interior. The owner was very nice and they take good care of the guests. The breakfast was excellent, well-prepared and consisting of local specialties. Thank you for a great stay.

Located just by the main street of Llivia, a Spanish exclave in France. Features a restaurant where you can taste some of local goodnesses. Nice and comfortable rooms, decent breakfast. Easy to park a car for free just in front of the hotel.
