This place really is a hidden gem. Excellently priced with a restaurant that serves the meal of the day at 12 euros including wine. The staff go the extra mile to speak English and assist. A charming area, some would consider it run down but the history of why is there, the wonderful reservoir meant villages were lost. if you want four star services then it’s not for you, but comfort, value for money with attentive staff and you will not go wrong. Just love a room with a view, see photo.

Spacious room and flexible check-in. Very good breakfast. They have a special room to store bikes but as we checked in after the reception staff had left, we were allowed to store our bikes in our room.

A perfect stop along the way on our bicycle tour. The room is brand new, large, super clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We checked in at the restaurant at the front with no problems - and then had a tasty lunch also.

Breakfast at hotel was good especially the coffee and the wine an we had lovel dinner there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also good parking right near to entrance.
