The location was excellent and very convenient for travelling to Santander. It would have been great to spend more time in this very scenic location. The hosts were great and although there was no food served in the mill itself, the local cafe/bar restaurant catered for guests and was but a stone throw away. Excellent stay. Thanks.

If there is a kinder,more helpful gentleman in the world we have yet to meet him. Expecting a cold start to our trip we needed to shed some of our clothing. He volunteered to look after it for us. He advised us on our next day,s route. He looked after our bikes in his garage. The hotel is perfectly clean and modern and located right in the middle of town near restaurants and bars.

The staff were lovely people. Kind and friendly, which we greatly appreciated considering the demonstrations in Barcelona and elsewhere at the moment. We stayed one night to break our trip to our holiday destination. We ate very well in the restaurant and were charmed by the patience and humour of the girl who served us. What a lovely, peaceful out of the way, stopover.

The location in a small town at the foot of the Montaña Palentina is great. The owners are very friendly and helpful with indications about where to go in the mountains and the thigs to see in the area. The hotel is very quiet. The breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.
