Friendly staff especially the receptionist and restaurant staff

Very clean and comfortable, the style is simple and essential, the room was spacious with lots of windows and light, and a big bathroom. A nice quiet neighborhood right outside the center. The staff is lovely and very professional!

Modern hotel, with very short walking distance to the center. Spacious and designed rooms with nice view (and sunset as well). Very clean. Great lobby and terrace to take a drinks or some food. Good underground parking. Very nice and helpful staff. We felt very well there.

The hotel is nice and clean, close to the Roman wall and attraction places. The staffs are polite, especially 'Juan Corol' maybe wrong spelling. anyway he is very good.

Bed, bathroom, breakfast, access to Camino. The hotel upgraded us to a corner room so the view was fantastic

Spacious and well equipped rooms are in a new and modern hotel. Great staff, huge and fluffy towels. Best value for money.

I can really recommend this hotel to travellers with a car who want to relax on their trip through Spain. But you have to see Lugo too, not just stay in the hotel and use its wonderful swimming pool.

Brand new hotel (summer 2026), shiny and practical, fully up to international standards. Spacious bedroom and bathroom and comfortable beds (if a bit soft). Very quiet.

There was enough option for breakfast, no scrambled egg or such but enough selection of colds for every need. The rooms are clean and spacious, the area is quiet in the weekends. The bed is comfortable, there are two types of pillows to choose from, softer or harder, so everybody can have it their way. The staff is really friendly, the speak english and they try to help in everything we need. Sure will be booking again if we visit Lugo.

Helpful staff who always immediately responded to our questions about parking that we had before our arrival. The hotel is in a perfect location to access all the plazas and tourist sites in the city. Excellent breakfast, with interesting choices. A great find.

Secure underground parking for EUR 7 per day if you want it. Any car under 2m should fit at a squeeze. Seemed to be plenty of parking on the street but depends how paranoid you are. 20minute easy walk to the wall.

Incredible special hotel in a beautiful location. Staff were outstanding and food and service memorable. Beautiful room with the most comfortable bed surrounded by tasteful decor and furnishings. A really special place deserves five stars !We would love to come back and would highly recommend.
