A two star hotel with five star ambition. Very helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic food, we did not one night go out for a meal, this place was excellent.

heating, which is not the norm in mountain guesthouses in spring. warm water. cleanliness, breakfasts quite large for Spain. bed, bathroom of good quality. disadvantages: night lamp did not work and the doors were hard to open.

Every thing. The Owner was very accommodating, although unable to communicate with us in any English (which we knew beforehand) we didn't have any problem as our Spanish is sufficient. Non Spanish speakers, I'm sure would get by with say google translate. The accommodation was well stocked with what we needed for a week's self-catering. It had a lovely little garden, where we sat after returning from our walking adventures every afternoon. We could park our car for free, in its little car park located to the side of the property. And to top it all, you have 2 little supermarkets, within a minutes walk from it. Arenas has everything you need on a holiday,shops, restaurants, bars etc.. And it's the start of a few Alsa bus routes to the more famous Picos de Europa National Park hiking trails.

Fantastic location with a lovely view of the mountains. Just a minute or so from the town centre and a great place to base yourself to explore the Picos

The breakfast was not included but we ate next door at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel and for 5 euros per person we got 2 eggs, ham, bread with butter and jams, and coffee….a superb value

lovely little hotel, right in the center of town yet quiet, next to the river, with its own parking and warmly welcoming hostess. Rooms large and elegant with very comfortable beds and traditional architectural touches as does the whole building.

Wonderful location - so peaceful. Watching the river, mountains and birds was just perfect. Room with huge balcony/terrace actually overhanging the water. Lovely walks too. The owners were wonderful hosts and the home cooked food was excellent. Hotel is simple but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lots of free parking spaces.

A lovely family run hotel. Very comfortable spacious room. Lovely hot shower. I booked very late and arrived late also. Property was easy to communicate with prior to stay and attentive to detail whilst I was there. Very knowledgeable local owner. Good choice of drinks available in the bar. I had a wonderful local cider. Breakfast was generous and tasty with local elements included. I would very happily spend a few days at this property exploring the locality.

Excelente alojamiento, localizado en un área perfecta que combina relajación y cercanía a todo lo que Llanes tiene que ofrecer. Los dueños y empleados son unas maravillosas personas, amables, cercanos, dispuestos siempre a ayudar y recomendar sitios muy ricos para comer y para visitar.
