Ideal hotel if you want to visit the Lagos de Covadonga. The room was nice and we slept very well on the comfortable mattress. The breakfast is fenomenal and has a wide range of savoury and sweet items. The owner was super friendly and gave us some good advices for our visit to the lake. Would recommend this place to anyone.

A charming family-run hotel is conveniently located between Cangas de Onís and Covadonga, making it perfect to reach both places within a 10-minute drive. Very clean with a lot of attention to the small details that make this hotel comfortable The owner speaks fluent English and is exceptionally friendly: recommended a restaurant for us. We like breakfast, that is served in a beautifully designed room and includes fresh juice, eggs, ham, salami, bread, pate, jam, and a homemade family cake.

It was great surprise to find coffee machine and the fridge in the room! On top of that bathtub in the bathroom that you can sit down for shower after long hike! Very communicative host, always available and helpful despite of self check in and check out all went perfect! Great value for price!

A complete treasure in the north, one of the easiest points...

A complete treasure in the north, one of the easiest points to access incredible views of the mountains. You can get here in just 15 minutes with a taxi from Cangas de Onis. Sames itself has a lot going on for such a small place, especially on the weekends! Great for hiking around, going to the river and you can mingle with the locals and the local bar. The village has just one store essentially but its everything you need.
