Very nice, very clean, comfortable rooms, nice parking.

Did not stay there as the place was not fit for habitation. The lady receptionist was not professional . The room smelt of stale smoke. The place needed a good cleaning.

Great location being close to but not in the centre of the city, in historical part, comfortable beds, comfortable room, good breakfast, good restaurant on site serving delicious meals, onsite free parking, easy to find. Highly recommend.

Good restaurant for a quick and delicious dinner. The staff couldn't be nicer and the breakfast was also tasty. The room was very comfortable and it was well equipped.

The staff were brilliant and coped very well with 2 non Spanish speakers. The room was excellent, comfy bed and great shower.

We have stayed in Air BnB’s and hotels throughout Spain and Portugal for close to one month and this was hands down the most comfortable bed and pillows on our trip. We were sorry we only stayed overnight. It was close to a great Shopping centre, with bars and restaurants nearby.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Excellent location and only a 10 minute walk,through the cool of the park, into town,which had so much to offer. Valladolid was gentle and felt safe. The hotel bar was friendly and really good for breakfast, or a glass of wine in the evening. Prices were more than reasonable . Beds were very comfortable. Shower was brilliant. It's a huge hotel,but once in your room it is SO peaceful and quiet. Parking is available, which is a real bonus. Reception staff were delightful. We'd return in a heartbeat 💓
